		<description>Thanks for commenting Joe.  I&#039;ve found it&#039;s often a mistake to compromise on quality.  Once you compromise on quality, it&#039;s a downward spiral from there, and it&#039;s difficult to recover from.</description>

		<description>I wish this article was around last year, when I was on a project where we had to deliver by a certain date, with bonuses attached. What happened? The product went out on the date, of course. We all got bonuses, of course. And then? You guessed it: The product failed miserably in the field due to very poor quality, the company lost much credibility, and most of us are now working elsewhere. I think your statement about the team and management being steadfast on quality is invaluable. Thank you.</description>
