		<description>Denis, maybe some would avoid it and maybe some would call it impractical, but what I write about I have experienced and succeeded at, using the techniques described here.  There are many ways to skin a cat.  This is one that has worked repeatedly for me.  I&#039;ve seen others use other approaches, and I&#039;m often called in to clean up their mess.</description>

		<description>Interesting approach to unrealistic deadlines. I&#039;m not sure how practical it is however, as in my experience, no project manager with strong leadership skills would ever take on a project with fixed schedule, cost, and scope - they are just too strong a leader to accept that.</description>
