		<description>You haven’t even broached the topic of support and maintenance of the product.  One must consider the cost on operational and support staff when weighing the benefit to the end user.  Although operation and support staff should expect changes, the difference is when those changes continue to cost more time and effort to support the product.  I’ve seen on more than one occasion a Business Owner attempt to advance his product by a small step in order to secure a few more sales but only have the overall cost of corporate ownership go up significantly because of support costs. 

This is a not so uncommon problem in organizations where the Business Owner has no accountability for operation and support costs.</description>
